Listen, Fear Can't Have You

Listen.

I know fear's voice may be loud in your ear right now.

Louder than. your faith.

Louder than your clarity.

Louder than your God-given call and purpose.

But let me pull you aside for a minute like a big sister would. Let me remind you of something the enemy hopes you'll forget:

"For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind." - 2 Timothy 1:7 (NKJV).

Let's be real-fear feels spiritual sometimes and acts like it is trying to save you from embarrassment, rejection, and failure. But fear is not your Savior. Jesus is.

Listen sis...Fear is a liar with a loud mic.

Fear will always try to make you bow before you step.

It gets in your hear and says crazy things like:

• "What if it doesn't work?"

• "Who do you think you are?"

• "What if they don't listen?"

• "What if you're not ready?"

And yet...you are!

Not because you are perfect, but because you are appointed.

Sis, God gives you a sound mind-which means focused, rooted, and covered.

Lean into Psalm 34:4 - "I sought the Lord and He answered me; He delivered me from all my fears."

You have been given the right to bring that fear to Jesus, and let Him answer.

So today, talk back to fear. Speak out loud if you need to.

• "Fear, you're not in charge today."

• "I walk in power, love, and a sound mind."

• "God has already gone ahead of me."

Let's Pray:

Father, thank You for not leaving me to battle fear alone. Help me remember what's true when fear tries to lie. I trust. I lean on You. And I declare that fear can't have me. Not today. Not tomorrow. Never. In Jesus' name, amen.
